The most surprising is the support offered by the man who created the plugin.
I had a problem in my own net liability relating to my wordpress install so the plugin does not work correctly.
The man whom I found on twitter asked me to open him an admin account to be able to inspect my blog. After 20 minutes I was informed I used the wrong settings and everything was fixed and working.
Really well done and do not forget that we are talking about free plugin rather than a commercial one.
